I think Taylor loves opportunities like this. Plus, he likes Jamie and his band. Brooklyn Bowl comes to mind also. It's comments like this that are spread around from person to person, and no matter what the public perceives, Taylor works at earning a ton of respect in the music community. No one can ever tell me that man doesn't work his ass off to better himself. And that music is what he loves to do, whether for himself or with other artists. The networking opportunities also worked in his favor here. Love it!!!

You mean instead of relying on music execs and labels to buy it for you? Novel approach.

The above is so true, people in front of me did not have a clue who he even was, they asked me his name and were impressed that he won American Idol.....I'm hoping that all of these Jam Cruise, Nashville, contacts are moving him along to a place where he can get some cred for his talent ....the man deserves some real recognition...

The CD/DVD will be the Jamie McLean Band...Taylor flew in to sing on two songs...they said the release will be around March...they did what they call their "live" album...hopefully Jaime will give us some teasers beforehand.

Thanks for the details about your evening Pattie. I would have bought the CD/DVD anyway, I really like Jamie's Sunday Morning album but to have Taylor singing on it too is icing on the cake. Yipi

Pattie, what a fun opportunity. And the pictures are really wonderful. When I saw the pictures of the room and its very intimate setting I was green with jealousy! lol

And I have to admit it. The second picture on the first page.... I checked to make sure there were no buggers..... I will always remember the closeups of Daughtry and his bugger... I am sorry, it is late, I have had a rough day, a glass of wine and my mind goes to the dark side.

Thing 2 told me today that she is off birth control pill!!! they are not planning to get pregnant for another year or so, but her doctor wanted her off the pill for at least a year before trying. I so want to be a nana again with a little baby to snuggle and spoil and when it poops hand back to its mamma!
