This kinda reminds me of the Orpheum in Boston -- hands down the most uncomfortable seating I've ever been in, the acoustics aren't great, and the balcony sways when people dance. Yet it continues to be filled with big name acts year after year. Hopefully they'll upgrade it so it can be used to attract musical acts back into the theater.
