RE: Caleb Hawley
Thanks for the questions Sue! I had a few of those myself, but you had some other great ones!
I kind of think you're right about the quirky character, though I think he is a bit more subdued than Casey. "Peace, love, and scruff" |

RE: Caleb Hawley
Great questions, Sue, I have almost nothing more to add except to ask if he is working on a new album. I think he wasn't chosen for Idol because he was under the "WGWG" (white guy with guitar) curse. I don't think the powers that be wanted another Kris Allen/Lee DeWyze type, which is also why I think Tim Halperin got the boot.

He pretty much said that himself when we talked to him at the Burren that night. He said he'd love to open for Taylor and Liz gave him contact information for Taylor's people. I hope something comes of it. "Peace, love, and scruff" |

RE: Caleb Hawley
Oooo that would be one fun show!
Now I can't wait for Taylor to move to Nashville-B'ham-NYC-LA-Orange Beach-East Bumblefuck in June-Aug-Sept-Dec and work on his roots-americana-jazz-rock-blues-country-soul-rap-jackson browne-elvis album, so that we can listen to it in Jan-March-May 2012! - Freebird |

RE: Caleb Hawley
Great questions Sue!!
I'd like to hear more about his charity gigs-he seems to be really involved in music for great causes. I wonder how he keeps his schedule straight-he is literally all over the US and seems to do a show pretty much every night. Europe in May-we could ask how shows in US and UK differ... You can go to http://www.calebhawleyfans.wordpress.com and see more of his music-lots of videos there. He has 3 cds that I know of, all available at his site http://www.calebhawley.com or http://www.cdbaby.com I would love to see he and Taylor together-their humor and appreciation for music would really feed off each other I bet. put butter in between his thighs and he will slide right through the door

Thanks for the links, Liz. I'm needing new music for my walks. That is, when the weather finally cooperates. Not a fan of sloshing in the cold and rain.
