Superbowl!
Do you have any favorite recipes for Super Bowl parties? What are you doing for the game?

Here's a recipe for spicy wings from the Glee site, which has some yummy sounding recipes from the cast

http://www.fox.com/glee/afterthegame/recipes/recipe-9

Ingredients

* 2 lbs. chicken wings
* 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
* 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
* 2 tsp. paprika
* 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 3 tablespoons hot sauce
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* Celery sticks and carrots for garnish

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a bowl toss the wings with the oil, and salt. Place into a plastic bag, add the flour and shake to coat evenly.
3. Remove wings from the bag, shake off excess flour, and spread out evenly on greased baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, turn, and bake another 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a pan, bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
5. After the wings are cooked, transfer to a large bowl and toss with sauce until completely covered.
6. Serve with celery sticks and carrots.

RE: Superbowl!
Have been making these nachos for years.

Nachos

Ingredients:

Bag of Lime Tortilla Chips
4 Plum Tomatoes, diced
5 Scallions, diced
One can of sliced black Olives
5 Jalapenos
1-1/2 cups Diced Chicken
Fajita seasoning
V-8 juice
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar
1 cup Velveeta
Milk

Put jalapenos, stem side down, in a small container, cover with plastic wrap and cook in microwave on high until soft. Run them under cold water, slice off stems, core and then slice jalapenos.

In a frying pan, heat olive oil and add diced chicken, stir to coat. Sprinkle on fajita seasoning. Continue stirring until incorporated. Add a couple of tablespoons V-8 juice. Lower heat and continue to cook until nearly dry.

Put Velveeta in microwave safe container and add cheddar chunks. Microwave, removing frequently to stir until homogenized. Add milk and heat until it's a pourable consistency.

Place half bag of chips on serving platter and pour half the cheese over them. Put other half of chips down and add remaining cheese. Spread tomatoes around perimeter, sprinkle chicken over the top, and top with remaining ingredients.
