I need a crying emoticon. SPRING, dammit!

RE: Workplay - 12/9/10
I asked Taylor if he was planning any Florabama dates at the Rutland Show and his answer? "I wish!"
I think that's my biggest Taylor wish, to hear him there, and have a Fraufest on the beach! Well, maybe that's not quite my biggest wish

RE: Workplay - 12/9/10
I cannot believe that i won't be able to go. The only way I can make it is if I don't get released to go back to work until after then and then I'd have to go alone.
Anyone who's going - take lots of photos and have fun. Give him a squeeze for me. ~~~ wants to be the middle in a Hicks-Lambert sammich ~~~

According to the Birmingham News.
Quote:Hicks' Dec. 9 show at Birmingham's WorkPlay theater also has a link to the holiday season. He's asking concertgoers to bring children's gifts that will donated to the Marine Toys For Tots Foundation. "Peace, love, and scruff" |

RE: Workplay - 12/9/10
A young artist named Carson James is opening for Taylor at Workplay. Carson has stage 4 bone cancer. Visit his website to learn about him.
http://carsonjames.com/Carson/Welcome.html Quote:So, just got some awesome news from my lovely manager (my mom). She brought the phone down to me and Taylor Hicks’ manager was on the line wanting to talk to me. Mom met Taylor at a Toys for Tots commercial yesterday and gave him one of my CD’s to listen to. Well, they were very impressed and Taylor wants to meet me. it gets better though - He’s coming back to play at workplay in December and has asked me to open for him! pretty amazing if you ask me. so, yepp, that’s my big news for the day "Peace, love, and scruff" |
