It's a link generated by twitstamp by entering the twitter user's name. When I put in Taylor's twitter name it says the users does not exist. I contacted twitstamp because I can't see any reason why it's not working. Hopefully they will get back to me.

Funny thing, when I was trying to get the new one set up yesterday I had to test it. When I did, it came up with his tweet to me. That's how I knew he tweeted me. I was like, wait, what?
