I'll have to listen to the Highland Audio over again to hear you and Kathy laughing. I am sure the recording may have caught me when Taylor was talking about Rob being the only journalist who liked him.

Totally understand about CT, the new CT date being week was what caused me to cancel it.

I'm going to look into Bay Shore hotels later tonight, let me know if you have thoughts already.

There really aren't any hotels right near the venue, but there are some decent ones less than 10 miles away. I checked on Expedia and came up with a number of them.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hauppauge (http://www.holidayhauppaugehotel.com/) a couple of years ago for soccer. It's was brand new then and is the new style Holiday Inn like in Syracuse. I've also at the Sheraton Long Island Hotel (http://deals.sheraton.com/Sheraton-Long-...10_NAD_FM) Both are about 6 miles away. There are a lot of hotels in the Hauppauge area because that's were a lot of corporate parks are located. All of them tend to be right off the highway. I can get us to the venue easily from any of these places.

My favorite part of the Highline Ballroom audio is when Taylor is talking about how "The Deal" is his ode to Tootsie. Then he pauses, and says "I know what you're thinking, but that's not it"....and Tricia pipes up "sure, honey" Haha

I'm psyched that hotels are going to be so much easier to find than anything near the CT venue. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help in the search. I'm game for anything, just count me in! Smile

OMG that was funny! I didn't hear it on the audio --just recalling from the show.

Haha
