Hi All!

My daughter Cassie, a Junior at Salem NH High School and a member of the girls soccer team, has organized her team to participate in The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Information from Cassie on the event and donation information follow. Please consider donating in support of these great girls and for a great cause.

Fighting cancer is a team effort. The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone, which is why the Salem High School Girls Soccer team is participating in the Relay For Life, June 19-20.

At the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society save more lives from cancer. By donating to our team, you will be a part of a life-changing event that gives everyone in the community a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that takes too much.

Our team is really looking forward to making a difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families. The event is this weekend, Saturday 3pm to Sunday 9am. I will be a chaperon for the event. Relying on my fraufest training to keep me going all night!
