RE: Stephen King Books
And could you even imagine trying to do justice to the full Dark Tower series?
OMG....they better not even try! I waited half my life for him to finish that series! No one could do it justice. And even though many thought the ending sucked, I thought it was brilliant. So SK! I have to agree with you on how hard it is to adapt SK's novels into a movie. I actually thought they did "The Langoliers" well, even if it was just a short story. Maybe they should stick to making his short stories into movies instead of his novels. RE: Stephen King Books
I agree. 'The Dark Tower Series' would have to done in three or four parts like LOTR. It would never work otherwise.

RE: Stephen King Books
Loved The Stand mini-series
probably one of the best of the lot-- also agree with Karen on Shawshank Redemption and the Green Mile- loved both of them...I'm not sure I want to see The Dark Tower series on film....it would have to be done much like The Stand to make any sort of sense. Try Duma Key again Karen- I liked it much better towards the end, really! I ordered the new book as well ~ can't wait! Peace~Lori I'm still having a good time, it's all love & good times...Roll on, Roll on Roller Coaster. We're one day older, and one step closer.Roll on, we have mountains to climb.Roll on, We're on borrowed time.. tm:KR 2007 |
