RE: Desserts
I could give everyone my brownie recipe... but since me and Cassie are the only ones who can make it right, why bother?

RE: Desserts
This is a cool site that I came across recently. Northpole.com and they have a cookbook section here:
http://www.northpole.com/Kitchen/Cookbook/ It's great for people that make and give baked goods as gifts. I make a chocolate chunk cheesecake with Bailey's Irish cream that people seem to like, I will dig up the recipe and bring it here. It's great for parties and holidays. |

RE: Desserts
Let's get some summer recipes going! Here's one I found that sounds sinfully great!
![]() Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie This is a great pie to keep in the freezer for unexpected summer guests. The combination of peanut butter ice cream with chocolate ice cream is spectacular. Prep Time: 35 minutes Cook Time: 6 minutes Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts 1/4 cup melted butter 2 cups chocolate ice cream, softened 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup chopped peanuts Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs, 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts and melted butter and mix well. Press into bottom and up sides of 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes until set. Cool completely. When crust has cooled, spread softened chocolate ice cream in bottom of crust. Freeze for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine vanilla ice cream and peanut butter in large bowl and beat until peanut butter is thoroughly blended with ice cream. Spread over chocolate ice cream in crust and top with remaining chopped peanuts. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. put butter in between his thighs and he will slide right through the door

RE: Desserts
Cas made this for Thanksgiving. Oh. My. God.
Better-Than-Crack Brownies 1 batch brownies (boxed mix or your own homemade) 1/2 cup salted peanuts (if don’t have salted, add sea salt) 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups 1-1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 1-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 tablespoon butter 1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal Mix brownies according to directions, and bake for 20-25 minutes in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Remove and top with peanuts and peanut butter cups, and bake for 4-6 minutes more. While they are finishing baking, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir in cereal. Remove brownies from oven and evenly pour chocolate mixture over top. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. "He's one quirky dude!"- Taylor show virgin after Avalon |
